Hobgoblin

The disciplined branch of goblinoid-kind. Where Goblins are chaotic and Bugbears are brutish, Hobgoblins build. They form armies, empires, and hierarchies that function with mechanical precision. Martial excellence is the core value of Hobgoblin culture — failure in battle is the deepest shame, triumph the highest honour.
